Playing golf in an EDGA badged event

EDGA aims to encourage golf to be inclusive and promotes golf for players with disability at every level. In terms of competitive events, players can choose between two types of pass which are described as follows:

EDGA Access Pass

This is for players who do not want to obtain a World Ranking but want to play in EDGA Access and relevant EDGA Challenge Events. You will not be eligible to play in EDGA Premier Events. Until our new online system is ready, please apply as follows:

WR4GD Pass

Any player who wants to participate in any EDGA badged tournaments (including the Premier Series Events) AND would like their scores to be included in the WR4GD world rankings has to obtain an WR4GD Pass though the EDGA Eligibility system.

To qualify for an WR4GD Pass, your disability has to have an influence on your golf game, as described in the Instructions for completing the EDGA WR4GD Pass application form. Until our new online system is ready, please apply as follows:

With your doctor

Ask your medical doctor or physiotherapist to complete it in accordance with the Instructions for completing the EDGA WR4GD Pass application form
