3: Neurological limb restriction

Many stroke/TIA’s survivors and other neurological conditions will require the player to utilise only their lead or trail side to play the game, and very often will require the golfer to interact with the handle via one arm/hand although the opposing limb still may be present it may have little or limited use. Here the golf coach will be required to adapt to experimenting with different equipment and support the player with their exploration of playing the game with either the lead or trail side only.
