The EDGA 4-Stage for women and girls with a disability, identifies a clear pathway for female golfers to enter the game and subject to their wish to progress through the stages of; Sampling – Participating – Competing.

Each step of this programme builds upon the last and allows golf providers to build a lasting programme that will encourage more women and girls to take up golf.

EDGA’s Director of Development and graduate of The R&A Women in Golf Leadership Programme is Aimi Bullock, who will be happy to provide further information.
